Spin Dryer is an essential part of the washing plant providing quality product to client requirement and satisfaction. Spin dryer rotor rotates at high speed which intern removes the water content and moisture from the PET flakes. Spin dryer is one of the major equipment which is used in the plant multiple times to produce quality product. In this machine a centrifugal force is created by high-speed rotor which mechanically removes hard dust and debris with reduction in moisture content too. (Twin application)

Fitted after the spin dryer to remove the moisture content from the flakes. It consists of – 10HP centrifugal blower, Oil heater, Air lock rotary valve, feeding hopper, Conveying pipe and discharge Silo. Vacuumed out of the spin dryer machine to the dryer system where the pet flakes travel down a series of stainless-steel tubes with hot air process removing moisture by dehydration.
